Mechanics:QNET Go Platinum Incentive is effective from Saturday, 2 June 2012, 00:01 HKST until Tuesday , 07 August 2012, 23:59 HKST
QNET Go Platinum Incentive is open to all QNET IRs. (World Plan, QNET Malaysia, QNET India, QNET Promosyon)
An IR has to reach the steps with the incentive period.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable to cash.
QNET Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Terms and Conditions:To earn extra cash and non-cash rewards from this Promo, the IR must achieve the following requirements within the Incentives Program Period effective from 2 June to 07 August 2012.
All new and migrated Gold Star IRs who will achieve the specific requirements in RSP, BV and rank advancement to Platinum (Incentives Steps 1 to 3), within the specified period will be rewarded with extra cash and non-cash rewards on top of the commissions earned from the repeat sales.
1. All new and migrated Gold Star IRs except, Global Lanka and Q-Plus are eligible to participate in the Go Platinum Incentives.
2. Non-renewed and non-migrated IRs to QInfinite Compensation Plan, are not allowed to participate in the Incentives Programme.
3. There are 3 steps to be rewarded by the Incentives Programme. For every Incentive Step, there are certain requirements that the IR must achieve. If the IR achieved the requirements for one Incentive Step within the incentives period, he or she will be rewarded with a cash and non-cash bonus for that particular Incentive Step.
4. For the Platinum Star Rank Incentive, if the IR achieved all the requirements for Incentive Step 1, he or she will receive USD200, and for Incentive Step 2, he or she will receive USD300 and for Incentive Step 3, he or she will receive USD1000.
5. Achieved RSPs and BVs which are less than the requirements after the entire period of the Incentives Programme will not be compensated.
6. RSPs and BVs are cumulative, i.e. if IR does not reach the required RSP and BV for the current Incentive Step, whatever RSP and BV he/she has earned will be carried forward to the next Incentive Step.
7. Excess RSPs and BVs of the requirements for each step will not be compensated with extra cash bonus, but instead, these will be carried forward to the next Incentive Step.
8. Confirmed earners will be notified by GSC as soon as their cash incentives are credited to their Q Accounts.
9. Any IR who successfully achieved the Step 1 before the launch of the Go Platinum Incentives Programme will get compensated retroactively.
10. RSPs and BVs earned from Duplicate IR-ships are not counted and will lead to forfeiture of the IR’s cash and non-cash bonus.
11. Cash bonus will be paid in USD in the World Plan, and in respective local currency for Local Plans.
12. Non-cash items for Incentive Steps 1 to 3 will all be distributed/arranged during the V-Con 2012 Jakarta Indonesia. These are non-convertible to cash.
13. Change of referrer of direct referrals is not allowed. The new referrer will be disqualified of earning the cash bonus.
14. BV of new Direct Referrals as result of change of placement is NOT allowed.
15. Generating BV from BV transfer / rectification of retail purchase UV is NOT allowed.
16. QNet reserves the right to the final interpretation of the Incentive criteria, terms and conditions.
17. QNET Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
FAQS1. What is the Go Platinum Incentives Programme?
The 90-Day Go Platinum Incentives Programme is a programme that drives and rewards IRs who advance their rank to Platinum Star by achieving the requirements into three (3) Incentive Steps in 90 Days.
2. Who can participate in the Go Platinum Incentives Programme?
All new and promoted over Gold Star IRs can participate in the Incentives Programme.
3. Is there a limited duration for each Incentive Step of the Programme?
No. Each Incentive Step can be achieved any time during the Incentives Programme period.
4. The Incentives Programme is from 2 June to 07 August, and I achieved all the requirements at one time on 30 June, will I get all the Incentive Steps 1, 2 and 3 rewards?
Yes
5. If I only achieved the requirements for Incentive Steps 1 and 2, but failed to achieve the requirements of Incentive Step 3 at the end of the Incentives period, will I get paid with the Incentive Step 1 and 2?
Yes
6. I am an IR under Bronze Star rank and I successfully achieved the requirements for the Platinum Star rank within the Incentives period, will I get paid?
Yes
7. Are the Platinum Star Rank requirements cumulative?
A. Yes. You can accumulate the requirements up to the end of the Incentives Programme.
8. What rewards will I receive for Incentive Step 1?
A. for Incentive Step 1, you will receive both cash and non-cash rewards as follows:

Exclusive viewing access to “Path to Platinum” webcast from VMD Pathman, who will be sharing tips on achieving Platinum in the next 30 days

9. What rewards will I receive for Incentive Step 2?
A. For Incentive Step 2, you will receive both cash and non-cash rewards as follows:

10. What rewards will I receive for Incentive Step 3 (PLATINUM RANK)?
A. For Incentive Step 3 (PLATINUM RANK), you will receive both cash and non-cash rewards as follows:

11. If I achieved the requirements for the Incentive Step 1 before the launch of the Incentives Programme, can I avail the corresponding rewards?
Yes, you will be compensated retroactively.
12. I achieved more than the requirements for Platinum Star Rank at the end of the Incentives Programme period, will I be compensated accordingly?
A. No, you will not be compensated unless you fully achieved the requirements of Diamond Star Rank.
13. If I achieved the requirements of Diamond Star rank within the 90-Day Go Platinum Incentives Programme period, will I be rewarded accordingly?
Yes, you will receive cash rewards accordingly as follows: For Incentive Step 1, they will receive USD1000, and for Incentive Step 2, they will receive USD2000 and for Incentive Step 3, they will receive USD3000.
14. When can I receive my cash rewards?
Confirmed earners will be notified by GSC as soon as their cash incentives are credited to their Q Accounts.
15. When can I receive my non-cash rewards?
Non-cash items for Incentive Steps 1 to 3 will all be distributed during the VCon 2012 Jakarta Indonesia. Webcast, webinar, and documentary video details will be advised soon.
16. Will I be eligible with the rewards if I generated the RSPs and BVs from downlines who have changed referrer, placement and duplicate IRship cases?
