Following Global Support Centre (GSC)’s recent night of success at the Customer Relationship Excellence Awards– winning several prestigious individual and corporate awards, QNET’s Chief of Network Services, Ms Malou Caluza, was featured in an exclusive interview in the 10 July 2012 issue of The Standard – the popular English daily newspaper in Hong Kong.

QNET took home all 9 Customer Relationship Excellence Awards out of 9 nominations from the Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium early last month, following several intensive evaluations, which included presentations, one-on-one interviews, and site visits to our 24/7 Contact Centre in Malaysia.
